  • When you visit our hospital, you should take the Registration Card with your child’s case-history book.

    Pharmacy:
The Outpatient Pharmacy at ZU Children's Hospital provides prescription medications 24 hours every Monday through Sunday. The pharmacy compounds many specialty medications for the pediatric patient and assists in locating items that are not readily available in the community.

    Radiology:
The x-ray technologist performing your child's exam will be happy to let you know the length of time needed to complete the exam procedure. When the exam is completed, it takes 10 minutes to develop the x-ray film. After developing the film, the radiologist will interpret the exam results, which will take an additional 10-15 minutes.
The physician examined your child has comprehensive knowledge of your child's history. It is most appropriate for him or her to relay the x-ray results to you.
